How the check works
When the host locked the entries, SpinDraw made a secret random seed and showed only its fingerprint (the commitment) on stream. Each draw is then picked with HMAC-SHA256 of the seed, the entries hash, the public salt from chat and the draw number. After the raffle the seed is revealed here. This page recomputes everything in your browser: if one name or the seed had changed, the commitment wouldn't match.
